Ikan Lebamnya dari Kasu, Petisnya dari Malaysia Tak sulit mencari pondok-pondok seafood di Batam. Kota Batam memang terbilang biangnya seafood. Bahkan Batam memang dikenal sebagai pusat makanan sea food yang bervariasi dari jenis dan olahannya. Ikan bakar memang biasa. Pembedanya soal rasa, dari olahan bumbu dan cara memasak. Ikan bakar dengan bumbu kelapa yang dicampur bumbu-bumbu lain membuat ikan yang segar terasa gurih dan lezat. Makin mak nyus jika dicolekkan pada sambal tomat atau sambal terasi. Wah, makan pun makin bergairah semangat terus bertambah.
